James Bustamante was born and grew up in the small town of Las Vegas, NM. In 2000 he enrolled in the Moving Image Arts Department. Since then he has made over 10 short films, one PSA, and one feature: Tres Generaciones. The short
film, A Brothers Love was recently awarded 3rd prize at the
Southwest Film Center Film Festival and most recently Tres
Generaciones was selected into Santa Fe Film Festival and
Arizona International Film Festival.
